In compliance with a set of rules precisely defined in this charter, these organisations may:
- Gain access to application programming interfaces (APIs) made available by the notarial profession, to interoperability standards, and to any means aimed at facilitating the interconnection of information systems.
- Following an audit conducted by an independent firm, obtain a label guaranteeing to clients and notaries that this charter is being upheld.
- Be included in a list of certified companies maintained and updated by the CSN on its website.
