Pargade Notaires (a French notarial practice operating as a SELARL, a French regulated professional partnership) is the data controller for the personal data you provide when applying for a role with us, whether in response to a job posting or on a speculative basis. This processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
Unless you object, your data may also be added to our candidate database, so that we can contact you again should a role matching your profile become available. This second use of your data is based on our legitimate interest in facilitating future recruitment (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data is handled by authorised staff within our firm and, where relevant, by service providers acting on our behalf for specific tasks such as recruitment support, hosting, and maintenance.
We keep your data for as long as needed to complete the recruitment process. Unless you object, we will then keep it in our candidate database for two years from our last contact with you.
You have the right to access your personal data and, where applicable, to request that it be corrected or deleted, to ask us to limit how it is used, or to object to your CV being kept in our candidate database. You can exercise these rights by contacting our office directly, or our Data Protection Officer, at dpo.not@adnov.fr.
If you believe your rights have not been respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority.
